Ms. Huynh Tieu Huong (1968) had an unfortunate childhood, experiencing many hardships in life. She understands and empathizes more than anyone else with children who are born less fortunate than others. With a heart full of love and compassion, unable to abandon these unfortunate children, she decided to establish the Que Huong Humanitarian Center in Dong Hiep, Di An, Binh Duong. In addition, she built a school for the children and a hospital providing free medical examinations for the poor and underprivileged. To date, she is a mother figure, nurturing the dreams of 346 orphaned and disabled children. She has dedicated her entire life to building and maintaining this safe haven, a secure and stable support system for hundreds of these vulnerable children.

We truly cannot understand how there can be such a strong and courageous woman. Raising a child is already a heavy responsibility requiring considerable experience, yet this woman with her slender shoulders is caring for 346 orphaned and disabled children, providing them with everything from meals and sleep to education and daily life, teaching them how to be good people without neglecting or disadvantaged any of them. Ms. Tieu Huong always fulfills the responsibilities of a true mother, loving the children as if they were her own and not allowing any feelings of disadvantage or sadness to creep into their innocent minds.

For these immense contributions, Mother Huynh Tieu Huong was honored with an honorary doctorate by the World Record University for her outstanding contributions to life, her significant role in the community, and her valuable contributions to the global community in caring for, nurturing, and protecting children and vulnerable people in society.
